What ingredients are used in Candle Chemistry products?
We use a proprietary blend of 100% natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils infused with essential oils, and lead-free cotton wicks for a clean, non-toxic burn.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Are your candles safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our scents are formulated to be phthalate-free and paraben-free. While primarily for home fragrance, our wax is dermatologically tested to be safe if accidental skin contact occurs.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We want you to love your scent. If you are unsatisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unlit candles in their original packaging.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar during your first light. This usually takes 2-3 hours and sets the 'memory' for future burns.
Can I reuse the candle jars after the wax is gone?
Absolutely! Our glass vessels are designed for upcycling. Simply wash with warm soapy water once 1/2 inch of wax remains to repurpose them for beauty storage or decor.
